Energy efficiency & room control solutions for Hotels
The BCMS Room Manager is our control module designed for the management of hotel rooms and common areas which permits the control of room air-conditioning, as well as the emission and deactivation of contactless transponder cards. Cooling and heating settings in each room change according to guest presence, which contributes to diminishing energy consumption.
The BCMS Room Manager modules (transponder card reader, cardholder, electronic thermostat ) provide onboard all the necessary inputs, outputs and network features that are necessary for the hotel room management: there is no need to install an expensive controller in each room!
With BCMS RoomManager the monitoring system for room access is secure, simple and efficient - the transponder cards can be activated or deactivated from reception desk. Staff cards can access to all rooms or to selected floors only. The invalid (or lost) card deactivation in very simple.
If monitoring system is connected to hotel management system, key-cards can be used as identification during payment at any place equipped with POS cash-desk.
