Humidifyers
In order to guarantee an answer suitable to all the demands of humidity control, RHOSS has at disposal a vast range of humidifiers both adiabatic (the necessary energy for the evaporation of the water is furnished by the air that, as a consequence, is cooled down) and isothermal (gotten introducing saturated vapor in the airflow. The variation of temperature is negligible).
Choice rules
- Required purity degree of the produced vapor or of the sprayed water- Hygiene degree
- Required production
- Energy consumption ( kW/h of electricity each Kg/h of vapor/water)
- Consume of water
- Cost of exercise
- Installation costs
- Accuracy of the humidity control
Adiabatic humidifyers
Nozzles or evaporating block, without or with recirculation pump.
Atomizers working at compressed air or at high pressure pump (proper also for hospital applications, certified VDI 6022).
Isothermal humidifiers
Net vapor Distributors (sterile vapor from 1 to 4 bar) or with autonomous steam producer on board of the unit. The producer is usually at flooded electrodes but available also with electric resistance or gas boiler -usually used when you don't have great electrical power at disposal -)
