Filters

Rhoss units can satisfy all the different requests of filtration thanks to a design that allows to the use of all the kind of filters available in the market as:

Primary filtration

• Metal cell filters or synthetic fiber filter cells ,class of filtration G. Are characterized from a ponderal efficiency between the 70 and 95%, usually cleanable
• Rotative filters with ,filter media of synthetic fiber the coils are dragged through a motion-inducer controlled by a settable differential pressure switch -in order to have constant pressure drops through the filter)

Fine filtration

Soft or rigid bag filters with a filtration class F. The opacimetric efficiency is between 40 and 95%.The media is of synthetic fiber for the soft bags and of glass fiber paper for the rigid bags. The pressure drops (at nominal air flow )are between 300 and 450 Pa.

Absolure filtration

Multi-V absolute filters of H class able to stop submicronic particles. the media is of glass fiber paper. They have always to be positioned after a lower efficiency pre-filter in order to assure them a longer lifetime ( filtering before the bigger size particles).

Air purification

Air Purification with activated carbon used for the absorption of the gases or volatile substances. Are made of synthetic granules with a very high porosity, that is with a particularly high absorption power.
