RHOSS is able to offer constructive solutions for air handling units for any system or technical requirement. The range consists of 23 different sizes with an air flow capacity ranging from 1,000 to 82,500m3/h and a frontal coil air speed of 2.5 m/s. Other than for traditional applications, the units can be used for specific purposes such as civil or industrial applications.

The whole product range is manufactured in order to obtain the best aeraulic, energetic and acoustic performance. For every specific sector, the units are compliant with current regulations both during design and manufacturing stages .The company has developed productive solutions which are the outcome of intensive analysis made during the research and development phase. Our units are used in the following sectors: Commercial and Tertiary Sector / Hotel Sector / Conference Halls and Theatres / Pharmaceutical and Hospital Sector, Clean Rooms / Food Industry Sector / Electronic Industry Sector / Fitness Centers and Swimming Pools.

Each unit is designed and built optimizing the unit's geometric characteristics, ensuring every constructive detail is put together with care. The load bearing frame is made from highly resistant extruded aluminium alloy sections. These are joined by reinforced nylon at the angles. The profiles with double skin and hidden screws guarantee maximum structural strength and the absence of internal discontinuity of the CTA. The standard aluminium alloy base is continuous in every section. For external installations, we are able to provide roof protection and a lateral opening for the control panel and thermoregulation apparatus.

FILTERS Pleated, rotary, bags, absolute and with active carbons. Our filters are chosen by leading Italian companies, in order to guarantee the specific filtration that the unit was designed for. More...  

HEAT EXCHANGE COILS Our standard heat exchange coils, with copper pipes and aluminium fins, are easy to extract thanks to their special runner system. The coil manifolds are made of copper, with brass or stainless steel terminals, threaded or flared. Our heat exchangers are available in copper/pre-coated aluminium, copper/copper, copper/tin-plated copper, iron/aluminium, or entirely in stainless steel. More... 

FANS Our fans are available with a double suction forward or reverse motion blades, reverse air dynamic blades, coupled with pitch pulley and belt electric motors, or PLUG FAN type with inverter driven motors. More...

PANELS Our standard panels are made from a double panel sheet metal enclosing heat-injected polyurethane with an average density of 40 kg/m3 and fire resistant Class 1 fibre mineral wool, with a density of 90 kg/m3 and fire resistant class 0. The internal and external panels can be made of a combination of thickness and material. Maximum attention is paid to the silenced version units with the use of sound proofing materials in the panels. More... 

HUMIDIFIERS Our units use all available humidification systems on the market for specific applications, with optimization of air handling unit section length: isothermal humidification systems with autonomous production or net distribution, adiabatic humidification using blocks or nozzles, free discharge or with pump, atomized water complete with cabinet. Steam humidification units are made with double jacket, stainless steel distributor with pneumatic or electrical actuator complete with full accessories. More... 

HEAT RECOVERY COILS Rhoss ADV units use aluminium static cross flow heat recovery with or without by-pass. Rhoss can also provide solutions with twinned heat recovery coils, rotary heat recovery wheels, or thermodynamic heat recovery system upon request.
Our technical staff has an important mechanical, areaulic and electrical background and experience that allows to guarantee a response towards many various applications. This activity integrates research and development so that RHOSS can conduct tests on the air-handling units thanks to our state of the art laboratory; we able to test components, prototypes and finished units. Also, the collaborations with important universities allow us to develop new technologies emphasizing our vocation to innovation.
